I started FacultyAI Solutions because I know what it feels like to juggle teaching, research, service—and now, AI. It’s exciting and full of potential, but it can also feel overwhelming and like “one more thing” on an already full plate.I’m Dr. Luciana Zuest, a tenured professor, researcher, and teacher educator exploring how AI can enhance faculty work in higher education. Through hands-on experimentation with AI tools, I’ve discovered ways to make my academic life more efficient, balanced, and aligned with my values—and I want to help other faculty do the same.FacultyAI Solutions offers practical support for faculty who want to use AI with clarity, purpose, and confidence. I share what I’m learning, create tools and resources, and invite others to think critically, creatively, and ethically about AI in higher ed.
